For all selected cakes, please provide at least two days advance notice. All cakes contain gluten, eggs, and dairy products. For food safety reasons, please keep the cakes refrigerated at 4°C or below and consume within 6 hours.

• Once the order is completed, we are unable to arrange any cancellation nor refund; and no changes on cake sizes or flavours will be catered.
• Orders placed online are processed daily from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. If an order is placed after 5:00 pm, it will be processed the following day (including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays). Full payment is required upon ordering to guarantee orders.
• The e-voucher must be presented upon arrival at The Astor.

• The e-voucher can only be redeemed once, cannot be exchanged for cash, gift vouchers, or other items, and is only valid on the specified date (your pickup date).
• The e-voucher will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
• Guests are responsible for keeping their e-voucher safe and must take all reasonable steps to avoid the loss, theft, or misuse of the e-voucher.
• The purchased item is non-refundable and is not for resale or commercial purposes. Exchanges or cancellations will not be honored for any items sold or ordered online.
• Cancellation of a purchase or booking may result in the e-voucher becoming null and void.
• Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
