The buffet features the most quintessential local dishes, flavors and textures of the two cuisines, beginning with a complimentary Fish Maw Imitation Shark Fin Soup for each guest. Guests are then enticed to explore the hot dishes ranging from Macanese Pork Chop Bun, Amêijoas à Espanhola, Assorted Skewers to Deep-fried Chicken Leg and more, serving an unapologetic feast of East meets West.  

For dessert, expect a tantalizing finale of Pineapple Upside Down Cake, Peanut Roll with Ice Cream, Egg Waffles, and rinse it all down with nostalgic drinks like our Horlicks Smoothie or Black Cow!
