The Astor at Eaton HK introduces its latest buffet concept “Bountiful Feast,” launching on 5 May. This experience reimagines the traditional buffet with elevated ingredients, dramatic live stations and curated individual servings that bring a sense of exclusivity to every guest.

At the heart of the Bountiful Feast is a commitment to quality and craft. Each guest is treated to a portion of specially plated highlights, such as fine cuts like Grilled Lamb Rack with Herbs at lunch. For dinner, Botan Ebi is served from Monday to Thursday, while fine Tuna Toro Sashimi is featured Friday to Sunday and public holidays. A nightly serving of Grilled U.S. Maine Lobster Tail adds further indulgence, offering an elevated experience beyond expectations. (Items on the menu are subject to availability. The restaurant reserves the right to provide alternatives if certain menu items are out of stock.)

The seafood offering is another standout, anchored by a live fish carving station where a whole Hamachi, sourced directly from Japan, is skillfully prepared in the presence of guests at dinner. During lunch, at the live Western station, decadent Black Truffle Pasta with Cheese is prepared à la minute, marrying aroma and richness in every bite. Enjoy a shareable moment at the Truffle Pasta station, perfect for social media snapshots.

Enhancing this experience is an abundant seafood platter showcasing Oysters, Mussels, Crayfish, Clams, Snow Crab Leg, and Brown Crab. An exquisite sashimi selection offers rotating cuts of Salmon, Tuna, Swordfish, Red Snapper, Scallop and more, each prepared with an emphasis on precision and unparalleled freshness. The Western kitchen presents a hearty yet refined array of cooked mains, including Roasted Bone-In Ribeye, Roasted Porchetta, Portuguese Pork Stew with Clams and Sole-Fish Piccata.

Guests seeking Asian flavours will find equal attention to detail across a curated selection that includes Steamed Fresh Prawn with Lotus Leaves, Steamed Abalone with Dried Tangerine Peel and Hungarian Beef Goulash with Rose Meat. The Astor also proudly features a rotating selection of signature roasts from Michelin-starred Yat Tung Heen, such as Honey-Glazed Char Siu, Crispy Pork Belly and Roasted Duck, each reflecting the heritage and mastery of Cantonese cuisine.

The finale is indulgent yet balanced. The dessert selection brings together delicate Chinese Sweet Soups and silken Tofu Pudding with rich Western creations like Chocolate Marshmallow Paninis with Caramel Cheese.

Accompany the culinary journey with the free coffee, tea, soft drinks and fresh juice, along with themed special drinks, making it all the more satisfying.
